View Full Version : ball and then lift or vice versa?

If I play 4-6 games of full court bball is this agillity/speed or endurance work...does it go before lifting or after. Will it hurt my gains if I ball first?

Ball, then lift. As a general rule, you want to do things that require more technique, speed, agility when you are fresh/well-rested.

If you eat enough, the ball won't hurt your gains.
