well i dont life much

weights-
chest-40 kgs
biceps-15 kgs
legs-50 kgs

diet
no proteins
only carbs
lots of junk food

measurements-
biceps-13 inches
chest 40 inches
thighs 22 inches

now i need some to suggest me what to do as my workouts r screwd & i dont know what to eat as well...
