View Full Version : When cutting, 1g or 1.5g of Protein / pound?

Should I consume 1 or 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight? Also, is 0.5g of fat per pound a good amount for a cut? Thanks

I would suggest 1.5g in an attempt to help negate muscle loss. .5g per lbm is fine but most people find high fat cuts to be easier because heatlhy fats satiate hunger while carbs increase it.

And it's per pound LBM, not bodyweight.
