Monday: Chest/Biceps
Bench 5x5
BB Curls 3 x 6-8

Tuesday: Quads/Calves/Abs
Squats 5x5
Standing Calve Raises 2 x 10
situps 50+

Wednesday: Shoulders/Forearms
Shrugs 2 x 6-8
Military Press 3 x 6-8


Thursday: Triceps/Abs
Skull Crushers 2 x 6-8
Close Grip Bench Press 2 x 6-8

Friday: Back/Biceps/Ham's
Deadlift 5x5
BB Curls 3 x 6-8
Leg Curls 2 x 6-8

Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF

I've been lifting for about a month and I am really just looking to get stronger. Is this routine good? Or should I keep with the WBB#1?

No, it's not good; you're not doing any pullups or rows.

If I do BB curls twice a month im lucky, twice a week is too often. Their like 5% of your major muscle groups, their training focus and frequency shouldn't be much higher.
