i am 22 years old, and after 3 years of not taking care of myself, i am now 260lbs my heaviest ever.... ive started watch what i eat, i used to drink about 10 bottles 20oz of soda a day, ice cream, cookies, all fatting ****... now i joined a gym, and i am looking for some really good fat burning stuff, i just started taking hydroixcut hardcore, only for when im going to the gym. once again thank you

not sure what u mean training split, but my diet now is chicken, boiled or grilld, salad, and in the morning a bowl of total with 1% milk and a banana.

You want some really good fat burning stuff, how about a load of muscle and a caloric deficit!

You create a caloric deficit by eating less and working out.
