I have had an injured rotator cuff for a while now. I find inclines to be a lot more harsh on my shoulder than flat bench. Would declines put more stress on the rotator cuff than inclines or less? What are some chest excercises that are easy on my shoulder?

Probably less with declines, but not necessarily. If they are better, learn to bench with a powerlifter's arch.

light cuban presses will help develop your rotator cuff, make it stronger. i would be more worried about fixing that then bench press.

Apparently if you do them with proper form they shouldnt hurt your shoulders, but I never liked the decline. My shoulders dont like them.

declines are a really akward movement, its not uncommon you dont like them.
