what's your diet like ST?

I've been sick for the last week (food poisoning or at least a 24 hour flu this Saturday) so I've been down in cals. Usually I take in 1600 - 1800 at 2100 maintanence. Pretty clean too. Lots of whole meats and grains.

Now that I've started lifting again (except bi's because I can't curl from a wrist injury... trying to hit those really hard on back day) I notice that I've dropped even more. When I'm done in the gym I'm totally exhausted.

I haven't talked with that girl in a week because she got mad when I confronted her about her anorexia. I just can't be with someone who is a total negative of what my lifetstyle has now become.

What a fantastic quote

Well apart from the grammer and spelling but you can't be perfect.

i'm sorry to hear that, being sick sucks! give your body a rest until you feel better then get back into it, good luck :)

I feel really bad because I couldn't even do cardio today. I'm going to just rest until I'm fully recouperated and then go back strong.
