I'm in football and I have started lifting for bout 2-3 months....I need to gain some weight. Ive been skinny, and I decided to bulk up wiht weight and strenght. I want to do it the healty way also.
Age: 15
Weight 131 lbs.
Height: 5'4"
any suggestions......

i was j/p with ya. just eat a lot of food and youll gain weight

5-6 meals a day, 2 starchy carbs and a fibrous carb....try that, should get you to about 3500 calories, if you dont gain weight then come back and yell at me
