Hello, I am 17 years of age, 6 feet 3 inches and i weigh 236lb. I am trying to get down to 200lb and cut but im having a lot of trouble. Any advice or tips would help me greatly. I do cardio couple of times a week, playing basketball. I do some weight lifting, but not really much of a routine. Some days ill do legs and some ill do some upper, i usually do 3 sets upper one day and 3 sets legs another. I have been working out for a year now and i havent seen much progress, i would appreciate any help.
