Wow what is creatine? I must say I know nothing about food. I thought it was just some miracle chemical supplement. :drooling:

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that naturally occurs in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle cells.

There is scientific evidence that taking creatine supplements can marginally increase athletic performance in high-intensity anaerobic repetitive cycling sprints, but studies in swimmers and runners have been less than promising, possibly due to the weight gain.

just incase you actually think its a miracle chemical supplement
