I still plan on cutting a little more, then I'm going on a SLOW bulk...my goal is to be 185 shredded...I'll get there eventually

comments/advice are welcome, but be nice plz...i have a fragile ego haha

Great progress thus far. 185 is easy within your reach. Keep at it, man you're looking great.

06-07-2006, 11:42 AM
Good look so far. You'll only get better with age and effort. Legs could use some extra attention, imo.

06-07-2006, 11:44 AM
yeah...not much I can really do about my legs while I'm cutting is there? I plan on paying some extra attention to those when I start bulking again..and my arms which I neglected on my last bulk

looking decent for 165.

If you want to maintain the super Abercrombie look then you could keep cutting. Personally, I think you are low fat enough to start bulking, especially if you plan on doing a slow and clean bulk.

Go with what you feel, bro. I think anyone around 6 or 7% with some size is impressive.

06-07-2006, 08:55 PM
Your 165?!? WOW I would have never guessed that at 5'11". You really look alot more like 175, 180lbs.
Looking good though man, you will reach that goal!

06-07-2006, 09:04 PM
Looking good man. Your body actually looks a lot like mine, except that your stomach is way more solid/flatter than mine. :(

Im 6 foot 4 @ 205 lbs....no clue what my body fat % is, how do you find out^

You will reach your goal, I will reach my goal, we will all reach our goals!

Looking good man, real solid. I have to say though, if i were you, i'd start bulking. IMO you're lean enough. You're not far from that 185 mark. Either way, keep it up man.

traps are lackin a little, i see good size coming

Yea I've been meaning to post the same thing. Everything else looks great espicially your arms but your traps look pathetic compared to the rest of your body. Are you doing shrugs?

06-08-2006, 11:59 AM
I'm gonna keep cutting a little longer, would doing shrugs do much even in a calorie deficit?

Of course, add them into your routine.

People really started accusing me of using roids once I started working my traps.

06-08-2006, 04:35 PM
lookin good, traps are really a genetic thing though, when i dont flex mine dont show much and i can shrug quite a bit of weight, give er a try though!

one more :)

I've decided to start bulking finally on July 10th...I'll be back up at school and back to a real weight room so it'll just be easier to start then...anyways here is a new quad shot (the orig. I posted was from like Dec. 05 because it was all I had) and a side chest

I know some people said my legs needed work, so I'm going to try and really build them up when I start my bulk

06-17-2006, 02:04 PM
WOW - you ARE a cutie!

Nice and lean, really good pec genetics, very much enjoying the bicep vein, and the quads look quite good, actually - and I'm sure you plan to build them up more next bulk. Most guys I see at the gym have skinny little legs. It's obvious you work yours - keep working 'em. You'll hold your mass as you continue your cut.

Delts, arms in nice proportion, your back will come up more next bulk - I wouldn't lose sleep about the traps for now, but when you bulk in the fall, make SURE you work your back hard - it'll fill in your lats, and if you make deadlifts a staple of your posterior chain work (BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE [/stern talking to]), you won't need shrugs - traps, back, glutes, hammies - all get a hard and wonderful hit from all manner of deads. Shrugs are a poor substitute for deads IMO.

Nice. You look great. :)

Good luck bro, I think 185 is in the near future!

06-17-2006, 03:12 PM
WOW - you ARE a cutie!
 :D

thanks everyone, I'm excited to start bulking again...just 3 more weeks

Strong points are everything you can see while wearing pants and looking straight into a mirror. Weak points are everything else. My advice is start deadlifting, as your back/legs need the most overall work. Pullups and rows as well, a big back will make your overall appearance much more dominant. Good work so far, looking lean.

06-18-2006, 01:59 PM
not sure where the idea that I don't deadlift came from....I deadlift once a week

06-20-2006, 10:44 AM
you made some honest progress...keep eating well built656@yahoo.com

06-20-2006, 11:01 AM
People always told me I had a real skinny neck till I started doing shrugs and I had been doing deadlifts for a while already.

Well, I'd just take that as 'something I'd better seriously work on' while you're bulking; I'd agree with everybody else that your traps and erectors need the most work. Traps and erectors = heavy deads. :)

You're lookin' great, man - great work so far. If you put on 10-15 lbs of muscle, you'd have my personal 'goal physique'. For me, it's 25 lbs of cutting away, for you, it's 25 lbs of bulking away. :)

Keep working hard!

Looks nice man. Good thing you prepped for the photo shoot with tan and shave :)

07-28-2006, 08:47 PM
No one else mentioned this: love your banana shorts...boxers (sorry).

07-28-2006, 08:54 PM
haha...the ladies love em too

I'm actually wearing them right now...the bananas are peeled and drinking beers and the words say "Happy to see you"

09-03-2006, 12:01 PM
forgot I had this pic...it's the most recent I have from the end of my cut (July 10th) since I started bulking in mid-July.

and then just for fun....here's last week after maybe a month of bulking

09-03-2006, 12:04 PM
looking good man, can definitley see more mass
