Vitamin Water

What are your guys opinion on vitamin water. I think they are very tasty but am not sure if i buy into all the vitamins and benefits that they promote with them. Any thought???

To add on to what Scarz already said. Water and a Multi= great combination, and the sugar content of V-Water is somethign like 12 g.
