Times your weight by 25 and eat that many calories in a day, you might think you look good now but the reason you have definition is because of a low bf and not necessarily large muscles. I think you want to eat a ton while working out, then after a few months or whatever eat less and less while working out until you once again have a low body fat % and large muscles. And be sure to chose a good routine that involves alot of compound lifts, both upper body and lower body.

Times your weight by 25 and eat that many calories in a dayI don't like calorie calculations. Everyone is different. And multiplying by 25 can get pretty extreme the more you weigh and some people just don't need that many calories to bulk. At least not at first.

@ abcdefg: What are your stats?

Well what would you suggest for how much he should eat? Personally I just eat as much as I can stuff my face with but some people have very tiny appetites.

Everyone is different.
Especially when you're young. I had to put my calories damn near 5000 before I started gaining weight last winter.

The suggestion, as always, is to determine for yourself what number of calories you need to maintain - then increase it. Arbitrarily picking a number is a good way to mediocre results.

...and that's why I have stayed at 135 lbs. for like a year. 140 lbs. cause of creatine lol.

You have to force yourself to eat. If you slowly force yourself to eat a little more...gradually...your body will adjust to the new food intake and your appetite will increase. It can take a while for your stomach to adjust to the new bulk.
