i use bananas to get a large proportion of my cals for each day is this a good idea? and alot of milk and eggs for protein plus meat anything else? thanks and banana milkshake??

What is a large portion?

Eating too many bananas is probably not the greatest idea. You need to be more specific about your diet if you want any feedback.

bananas are a good scoure of potassium which helps prevent cramping. i will have to do some reading and see if i can get back to you on if eatting a large portion of bananas could be bad for you.

As long as you're hitting your minimums, you'll be fine. I love bananas and eat a couple every day :)

ok so what else is high in cals and is good for me? and im still confused on whether to buy whey? because i just done ever eat enough! i just cant be bothered to make anything yesterday i starved! i had 1 meal!!!!!!!!! all day that is odd but still and normally i have 3-4 maximum! so wut else is quick and good to eat cals,proteins wise???

Whey is a good relatively cheap source of protein, so yes, buy some whey.

ok im going to do buy whey now and also at the moment im not really watching what i eat just trying to eat loads because i weigh a light 155lbs at 6"1!!!! like now im about to eat pizza chips waffles and peas because im hungry lol there is nothing wrong with that is there? and im trying to gain bulk/weight no matter what i eat i dont ! i use it up, it seems. whats the best way to gain weight?

The best way to gain weight is to consume more calories than you burn.

If you are not gainging weight, you are not eating enough. Yes, it is that simple.
