Hello i was wondering if it was better for your hamstrings to be tight or lose for sprinting(100m,200m) thanks.
I read somewhere that it said tight but then the doctor told me you need them lose. I went to physical therapy for my ankel and he said my hamstrings need more work then my ankel does.
