View Full Version : Carbs on Bulking Diet....
Is it best to consume simple carbs post workout, but for the most part (ON A BULKING DIET) to consume complex carbs? Or does it not really matter since this is on a bulking diet? I'd really appreciate feedback. :)
Basically what I really need to know is are simple carbs really productive any other time other than post workout? Should carbs on the more complex end be used throughout the day?

Some folks feel queasy when they eat too much fast carb, others are fine with it.
I'm one of the former - I tend to leave them away from all but the post-workout meal. My feeling is that you really don't NEED that much insulin all the time.

Eat all the veggies you desire. I generally stick with complex expect pre/post workout shakes.
Vegtable Beef soup. All those carbs in one spot!
