Anybody uses Barlean's Flax Seed Oil? How is the taste? I am currently using Flora brand and it tastes like a$$. I found them online (http://www.barleans.com/products/oils.html), but they are all the way in WA. I will see if my local health store carries it.

the best tasting i've found was ummm.....something Mill.

the company makes breadflour too. i'll see if i can locate the name...

The kind I use is the least crappy tasting one I've found yet. It's in a black bottle. I'll check the brand when I get home.

gino..does it have like a rainbow something or the other on the front? and says something about organic cold-pressed ultra yadda yadda yadda?

if so, i use that one now..but arrowhead mills still tastes better than that.

Thanks Tryska and gino. I'll see if I can find Arrowhead Mills while gino checks his brand. Always wondered why there'd be such a huge difference in taste between different brands. I mean, it's just pressed flax seeds.

I use Flora's Udo's Choice Oil. A blend of omega's 3,6,9 in a ratio of 2:1:1. Its not bad tasting either.

I use Barlean's....its actually the only one i've seen in supplement joints around here....the bottle claims theyre #1 in Flax, but I agree it tastes pretty bad, but i'm use to it.
