I need a solid one day per week workout. I got a new job as a consultant where I travel from Sunday night until Friday night and work between 10-12 hours per day. The hotel I will be at for the next 8 months only has a treadmill, so there is not too much I will be able to do during the week. I was thinking something along the lines of this workout for Saturdays when I am back in town.
Saturday 1:
Deadlifts
Pull-ups
Dips
Military Press
Saturday 2:
Squats
BO Row
Bench press
Military Press
I guess I will roate every week. Thoughts?
