Ive been trying to do "only two handed press ups" But i just cant seem to do it. Requires an awesome amount of balance, strength and coordination. Check this guy out. He's probs rele lightweight but damn.

http://www.killsometime.com/Video/video.asp?ID=52 I've had this in my AIM info for like 2 years, that's so funny that you posted that link. His name is Junior, my friend actually did some break dancing with him out in Seattle. I heard he puts up over 400 on bench, granted he's pretty short.

just to add i use to watch alot of his break dancing on the net. If you notice his arms are longer than most people in ratio to his body.
I believe the term is "twarf" people with longer arms than there legs.
Its quite amazing what he can do and most people will never be able to do it because of genetics permitting

He looks like he is under 5 feet tall. I don't think he's human. He is chimp-like.

hasn't he got one leg? I heard that he had a prosthetic leg so built up his arms loads. It's called a planche. I can just about do it (gymnastics!)

A friend of mine can push from a planche to a handstand with no bounce.

Yea that's Junior and yea he does have a prosthetic leg. If you wanna see some REAL planches, check out Krazy Kujo. NO b-boy was doin planches before kujo. Anyway I can planche myself, trust me its not really strength, just balance and controled weight distribution. B-boying does give the illusion of brute strength, but really all it is is controled momentum, balance, and proper weight distribution.
