Okay so today on my rest day, i decided to do some grip work, and Im still rele pissed istill havnt got a squat rack, so i thought **** it, ill try some squats.

Only really light weight first of all with 66lbs on my back, then i upped it to 50kg (110lbs) and did some reps of sets with that. was way too easy but i just wanna see if im geting the form correct.

So anyone please critique my form. I did follow teh butt out, head straight ahead, and letting the bar rest on my traps.
and i have to say. **** me! Squats are awesome. they nearly overtaken mil presses as a facourite. The bar feels so good resting on my traps! (it kind of massages them) lol. Ok im a freak, lets just give you the video...

Also ive got some grip exercises I did today. That some of you might like to try. Vids to posted shortly. (after ive eaten bacon )

Edit:
here they are.

To truley murder your forearms. I might post some more of the videos i have of forearm training.

Dumbell On Dumbell lift

with this lift, you try hold it as long as possible. Will really improve the grip! What I have also done is keep adding then taking away the extra weight, to really confuse and punish the muscle.

form on the squats looks good, very deep and your back stays arched, however i cannot tell how far your knees are going foward, try to sit back first with the hips and then bend the knees, its hard to explain but it looks good, ALWAYS GO ATF MAN! lol.

Yeah Rob is right stick your ass out like a whore getting ready to take it. Sit back with the ass and keep your knees from going out. Takes the stress off the knees and puts it on the hips.

And about your grip training...I'm not sure what to make of it. Most I've ever done for grip was chalk up and grab 150s and do farmers walks.

yer i know its safer, and it will be gr8 when i do get one.Prob wont be until i move in with my fiance. So until then ill jus use light weight to nail the form, and just do higher reps.

I had this problem--I hope someone can varify this--but it seems you are doing this too: your knees are shaking (kind of spazziming) not a lot, but back a forth a little bit. It's a little hard to tell with the angle.

You pushed it over; impressive.
