Okay so today on my rest day, i decided to do some grip work, and Im still rele pissed istill havnt got a squat rack, so i thought **** it, ill try some squats.
Only really light weight first of all with 66lbs on my back, then i upped it to 50kg (110lbs) and did some reps of sets with that. was way too easy but i just wanna see if im geting the form correct.
So anyone please critique my form. I did follow teh butt out, head straight ahead, and letting the bar rest on my traps.
and i have to say. **** me! Squats are awesome. they nearly overtaken mil presses as a facourite. The bar feels so good resting on my traps! (it kind of massages them) lol. Ok im a freak, lets just give you the video...

Also ive got some grip exercises I did today. That some of you might like to try. Vids to posted shortly. (after ive eaten bacon )
Edit:
here they are.
To truley murder your forearms. I might post some more of the videos i have of forearm training.
Dumbell Roll Up (overhand grip)

Dumbell Roll Up (Underhand grip)

Dumbell On Dumbell lift

with this lift, you try hold it as long as possible. Will really improve the grip! What I have also done is keep adding then taking away the extra weight, to really confuse and punish the muscle.
