What changes should I make in my diet/training while cutting. Today is my last day of bulking and I'm cutting for the next month.
Currently eating ROUGHLY
4500 calories
400 carbs
300 protein
130 fat

I am 6'4'' 220 right now. Also, any suggestions for foods to eat and not to eat while cutting? Thanks.

How does this look?
2500 calories
170 carbs
300 protein
65 fat

Fruits and vegetables (also help keep you full). Simple carbs like potatoes. Stay away from pastas and breads. Obviously you'll need the protein to maintain mass as much as possible so I'd recommend lean meats like skinless chicken breasts and cans of tuna. Water, water, water.

No reason to avoid pasta or bread. Nothing magical about these foods for fat gain.
