yes, its a punch, but u should see the other guy, he kicked the crap out of me last year, before i started training, well it was good revenge, cause his whole face is a blue mess.:D

It's rare for me to hear that weight lifting made someone a better fighter lol

But back onto the topic: I'm assuming you're talking about loose skin. If you want to speed up the tightening process, i hear you need to lose more fat.

work on the core!!! there are some good articals about core excersises on line you can look those up. As far as burning fat... run and swim!!!
