Has anyone ever used this thing, and if so, does it work?

Just grab a wheel and a stick dude... save the $20..
Unless you go high-end for a machine that you can also use for your feet.. Try the Power Wheels.

You can also do these type of exercises with different size stability & Medicine balls..

There is no magic to the GlideMaster..
