Hey there, I'm training for the UK's Strongest Woman 2006 which is in less than 2 weeks!

I partook in Britain's Strongest Woman in April and came 7th, still a relative newbie to the sport, (been part of it for 4 months)

I had a marathon deadlifiting session on Sunday, for almost 2 hours, my PB is 140kg deadlift. Need to sort my diet out though, want to lose about 3 stone, no more cakes for me :D

Hey had my final event training today for before the UK's Strongest Woman this Sunday.

Today I practiced 200kg Yoke, 60kg Farmers for 50m, with one turn and did a PB with the log, 50kg. Feeling a little confident, very nervous and very excited about the comp.

Also on the day is Under 105kg Britains Strongest Man and Wales Strongest Man. Should be fun.
