Right now between 5"10 and 5"11 at about 185 no lifts in 2 days. Just wanting to see what i need to progress on my abs for sure :) Please be truthful!


Anyone care to take a guess at my body fat %?

thats the problem i hit my chest/biceps twice a week for god knows how longs abs have never been visual even at 165.

eh my hair is kinda greasy in those pictures its usally pretty fluffy. long hair is sweet tho.

ive been a bum for the last 3-4 days not doing **** except work out and hang out with my gf.
