Hey everyone. I`m a new member and have recieved some fab tips from other members on training. Any tips on where the bulk of my effort should go.

From what we can see, you have great muscularity, need to add some weight, eat like a mother....

And get a tan!!! It's summer now, you have no exuse

Will post some pics again when i`ve gained some decent weight, built up the wheels ,gotten a tan and learned 2 breath!!!
