Okay, when i work out my chest at my house i dont have enough weight. I have to bench 90 when i normally do 135 and i have to dumbbell bench 25 when i normally do 45..is there anything i can do to make it harder/work the muscle more besides doing more reps?

Get more weight or do other exercises. Sand and rock are cheap. Bodyweight is even cheaper.

Do you not have any money to spend on weight? It's not that expensive. Another thing would be to ask your friends, family, neighbours if they have any lying around. In my experience, most people have a few weight plates in their basements lying around unused.

change the tempo/speed at which you rep it. example would be 2 seconds while lowering the weight, 1 second pause at the bottom and 3 seconds pushing the weight. This is also a good way to keep your form in check.

Yeh, what lifter said... SLOW is a killer....
Check out 'garage' sales, you would be amazed at the number of plates just sitting around peoples garages/basements that you can buy SUPER cheaply...
Good luck...
try doing some Flys/Incline/Lunges/Millitary with those lighter db's.
