According to the VJDB, I'm just under 10%. According to some website out there, I'm around 12-13%. What do you think?

upload them to photobucket.com and then post the link

If you press the "go Advanced" button on the reply section of the thread, there is an option to up load pictures. Just keep them less than 100k.

Either of those two ways work. I'm thinking of maybe trying to submit a sticky on how to upload to photobucket, etc.

You should try previewing your pictures, then you can use the other links on photobucket to see which works on this website. There should be 3 options a www. a and a

I'm guessing 12-13%, maybe a tad lower.

12%.

I hope you started bulking, like, yesterday.

You should do less crunches, and a lot more everything else.

wannabebig...er, you're comment has given me that much more motivation to keep going. Actually I've put on about 20lb. since my 15th birthday in September. I did in fact start bulking uh, yesturday, actually the beginning of this week. I was told that its good to start a bulk at about 10% so I was trying to get there before I started. I guess that advice was meant for someone with a bigger base of muscle. And believe it or not I hardly ever do crunches. Just this week I started doing them. All I normally do are squats, deadlifts, benchpresses, etc. but added in some more things like arms for the upper body.

1) Great work on sticking with the big ones. That's progress in itself. You should put on some mass fast. Compound exercises are key.
2) Less arms, more chin ups, pull ups. Your arms will get blasted more then enough. I haven't done a curl exercise in months, i'm cutting, and i'm genetically blessed to have 16inch bis. Pulls/chins are a godsend.

This school year was the first I actually started lifting weights. My weight went way up and I looked a little better, but stayed about the same size.
