Short, Fun Online Puzzle Game

I found this game the other day called Mansion Impossible and I'm curious to see how quickly you guys can buy the mansion. You start with 100k and buy and sell property for profit until you have enough to buy the big mansion.

My best time was 10 years and 10 months. I wonder if it's possible to buy it under 10 years.
