yeap, finally have the courage to pose a picture.

6'0, 205 pounds

its a morning picture. looking to bulk up more.

whats ur routine like? how long u been lifting?

mon chest and bicep

chest - bench 4 x 4-6 (176), smith bench 4 x 4 (176), db press 4 x 4 (55), flys 4 x 6 (25)
biceps - warm up machine pull up 3 x 10,15,20 (light), preacher curl 4 x 8 (70), con curls 4 x 6 (33), warm down machine pull ups 2 x 10, 15

tues rugby training

wed back and shoulder
back - deads 4-6 x 6, 160, 242, 286, 310(2 reps), 352(1 rep), back extensions 4 x 6 (90) sometimes with negatives, machine rows 4 x 10 (200)

thurs rugby training

fri tricep and legs
triceps - warm up machine pulldown 3 x 10 (light), close grip bench 4 x 8 (132), dips 4 x 8 (bw), skull crushers 4 x 6-8 (66) warm down 3 x 8 (various)

legs - warm up leg press 3 x 8 (light), squats 4 x 6-8 (154, 200), lunges

You've definitely put on some size, particularly in the arms/chest. Looks like the bulk has done you well. I'll ask the obligatory question now - legs/back pictures? If your routine is also still the same as before, I'd recommend ditching anything with the words "Smith" and "machine" in it - you're better served with just a straight compound exercise. Similarly, you could eschew the straight bicep work in favor of more compound stuff, but I guess that's up to you. Anyhow, keep up with the bulking!
