Sweet Potatoes= delicious

I cut em up like french fries and lightly cover them in olive oil. Put em in the oven to bake and they're great.

It depends. That white rice would be superb post workout, and to be avoided all other times.

Potatoes are excellent. One of the highest foods on the satiety index, and completely unprocessed. Compare the amount of processing that goes into any type of grain, even wholegrain products, to that of a potato.

Sounds like a great idea.

Title should read: "Rank these starchy carb sources"

Oh, man, someone has some sweet and sour chicken with fried rice just sitting in the break room, heated up and steaming on the table.

Damnit!
