Thanks Hill, traps are tiny thats for sure. I don't really train them apart from rack pulls and deads, I should really shrug.

Really good back development thus far, Looks like that will be your strong point.

Shoulders look good in that back shot also.

Get 2 bulking up that front of the body, and you'll be on your way!!

Keep that up.

Lookin' good, young Aussie. The emaciated look is gone (thank goodness). The back shot is very nice.

06-16-2006, 10:45 AM
yup, Looking good.

What's an overlocker?

06-16-2006, 11:47 AM
A sewing machine used to sew stretchy fabrics amongst other things.

Don't ask how I know that. ;)

06-16-2006, 12:09 PM
We have to ask! What stretchy fabrics do you sew and for what purposes? ;)

Mike; Hah, I'm still looking like a skinny b*tch! Thank you sir :)
Tuef; Thanks big guy! Overlocker seals the seams, I use it when I take shirts/pants in.
Soba; You are correct sir, wanna trade patterns?
Otto; Haha, its a scary thought isn't it? Ronnie taking his jeans in :D

28" thats a pretty big goal. The biggest mine ever got was around 27.5 and I have to weigh more than you. How much are you squatting? I can't wait for that set.

Dane - Hah, I'm hopeful. Squat is sitting on 276lbs right now, I've added 30lbs in the last month..
Rob - You've got the monster trunks!
Accuflex - Lifts are;

Bench... 192.5 (Hit 80lbs on DB today, flat may go up next session)
Squat... 276
Dead... Sitting on 350+ right now

Bearwolf - Thanks man! I'm looking for anything between 240 and 275, but I wan't the strength that goes with the size. If I add 600lbs to my big three and I remain the same weight I'd still be happy.
