hey im new to this board and one of the fellow members advised me to start up a journal so i thought itd be a cool idea to post up such routines and diet and get feedback on them....my stats as of right now are 5 ft 6, 167 lbs at around 14-15% bodyfat...my goal is to reach 195 by november and long term goal is to reach 215 by mid march then cut down to 185...also, i brokek my ankle 2 months ago so i dont work out the legs as of now....anyway heres my journal for today

slept 8 hours
early morning (4 am) before i went to bed lol 2 pop tarts

breakfast:3 double cheeseburgers (checkers) and one 16 oz orange juice
3 extra slices of cheese after that just for calories sake
20 oz water bottle

lunch: 2 natty pb sandwiches and 2 16 oz glasses of whole milk
20 oz water bottle

3:00 pm 2 16 oz cups of water

workout: hammer curls 3x6
deadlifts 3x6
DB incline curls 3x6

felt real sore in the back tried doing bb rows but felt real bad, its been hurtin since weds after work

4:00 pm-2 natty pb sandwiches and 1 16 oz glass of milk
20 oz water bottle

im about to go to the movies but most likely ill drink a cherry coke and eat some popcorn

my dinner will be 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a large frosty from wendys...

sorry if it was a bad structure ill get better at this

Way to get started on the journal! Good lifts too!
Let's see some starter pics so that we can keep track of your progress!
edit: and don't neglect those leggies and have chicken legs like myself! Get to them as soon as you feel you can!

I LOVE SQUATS!!! but i just cant do them right now lol...thanx for the support and feed i appreciate it, ill get some pics up real soon
