Hey guys, my name is Gabe. I am 16 years old (just finished my sophmore year), and I havnt posted much. I wanted to show you guys my progression pics from December 05 till June 06. 6 months, and 40 lbs gained. I was depleted from football at 158 lbs and in these pictures i am 198. I plan to compete in 2008, because hopefully by then I will have enough mass on my 6 ft 1 frame. Any questions, comments, or advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hey guys, thanks for all the responses. Honestly I havnt run a cycle yet ( I am looking to in the near future, but have no access to anything yet and dont really know what to run.) I am hoping someone can take me under their wing and guide me because I am not planning on staying natural. My legs did gain the most mass ( i havnt worked them before this year), and I am trying to bring my back and chest up. I will undoubtly keep you guys posted on my progress, and Im really glad that all you pps on here are so supportive. My bdyfat went from about 9-11%...I hit about 13 during mid bulk, but i plateaued with my weight and leaned out a bit. I also watched "BCC's" transformation and that kept me motivated as well. Any other opinions would be taken guys thanks!

do you everwork on your abs?

Yes, I do work my abs. I also do cardio 3x a week. I do an abdominal circuit 2x a week consisting of 25 crunches, 25 oblique crunches, and 30 leg raises..i do this circuit for 3 sets.

Im not really sure why. Im not really concerned with abs at this moment....I am trying to bulk. I think I am pretty lean and hope I dont become a blob, but if I do then it will just mean I have to diet longer :-)

I dont want any fighting on my thread please lol. Im just trying to get opinions. As I said before, Im not really worried about my abs, because I dont have too much trouble loosing weight so I know I can push myself while bulking

Are those stretch marks in your upper biceps in the current pictures? Also noticed you went from perfect complexion to having mild acne, but you said you haven't cycled yet, maybe something to keep in mind for any future plans. That being said, awesome increase in LBM. Strong points of improvement seem to have been arms, lats and legs. Delts were strong before and remain so currently, chest didn't seem to grow much and seems a bit underdeveloped now in comparrison. Great work overall.

Hey bro, thanks! Yea...My chest is very weak, but Im hoping in these next 2 years I can bring it up. In the last 6 weeks I changed from 20 down to 12 sets of chest and now Im actually growing..I have stretch marks near my arm pit now too ( from chest and shoulder growth)...I need to get cocoa butter as I heard it could help with the stretch marks..And the acne is getting worse as it gets hotter because Im sweating much more. Im trying to clear it up a little for the beach, but thanks for your comments!

Unless he just started working out, 40lbs LBM in 6 months is just not possible without gear.

lmao.. thats funny if it was his parents.

Unless he just started working out, 40lbs LBM in 6 months is just not possible without gear.If he's fairly new to the game (6-8 months at most maybe) then it's possible. I have a buddy who with the worst routine and diet ever added probably a good 25lbs LBM in that time frame. If he actually trained and ate properly I bet he could have done 40.

Some people are just genetically gifted like that. That's why we cry.

Hey All, its me! My madre did find this and yes she did write that. She took away my computer. No worries, not my gym membership or anything dramatic. We had some talks though. I am not new to weightlifting as I have been for 2 years now. I am new to bbing. I was a little depleted after football and yes I did gain this 40lbs natural. Its okay if you dont believe me as I kno its not easy to do but it is possible with the right training and eating. This is my first bulk (Im still bulking now) and yes, it is possible naturally. I do eat all clean and get about 6-700g carbs a day about 200g protein and somewher between 70-80g of healthy fats. I do cardio 3x a week and train 5x. If anyone has any other questions feel free to ask. Ill tell you what you wana know. Peace!

I can't imagine my parents going through my posts on a message board. That's really no different than her going through your room while you're out. In fact, she probably does. Rough.

Okay sorry.. but it was kinda funny that it turned out to be true when everyone guessed it was your mum.

You're 16.. your natural testosterone is through the roof and you're still making awesome progress. We both know you don't need steroids.

My mum wouldn't even know what a "cycle" is. If I said, "mum, im starting a cycle soon" she'd probably think I was going to start riding a bike or something.

Lol yea, I can see where ur coming from. My dad used to bodybuild and he was the one who informed my mom on what it meant. I actually went on the family computer and left the screen up. It wasnt too smart, and I got what I deserved I guess?

incredible bulk, you've done a HELL of a job. Looks like you've made squats a priority and your body is paying you back for it! Keep it up, there's no reason to stop bulking at the level you're at.

I gotta say... there's no ****in way. No offense intended to the OP, but NO ONE naturally gains 40lbs of muscle without adding fat in 6 months, not even BCC. Its an awesome achievement either way though.

Dude.. awesome progress.. timing is everything when you are a teen.. although it doesn't look like a 40 lb gain - perhaps 25-30, but it does look natural. (I'm cynical though.. but perhaps you were really depleted.. and now you are really hydrated with creatine perhaps?)

Your leg mass really improved.. Squatting is good for you.. LOL

Funny story with the mom too..

What a fantastic acheivement. Good job!

That being said you either have some crazy genetics or are taking some major supplements. I dunno what to say really.....I see the before and after pics as blatent proof of your gains. Also with little bodyfat........

Before I pop a nerve trying to figure out what you did i'll just be on my way......good luck with reaching your goals!

Hey guys. Ill lay everything out for you if youd like. With my training and what a normal day of eating would be like. I am still bulking. My supplement list consists of 5+1 Whey Protein (includes BCAA's) and a multi vitamin.

I started bulking with 2 weeks left in football because I was so drained mentally and physically ( i also decided not to play any more and contiue on with the bodybuilding) The whole year prior to this bulk I trained my ass off on a full body routine but ran almost everyday to keep my bodyweight at a stable 170 (in fear of getting to big to play wide reciever which did eventually happen) My bodyweight dropped down to 158 during the season and it hit me hard that I was losing what litle muscle I did have so I started to bulk big time. I first counted everything keeping it on a 50/30/20 split but I was told that counting calories at my age wouldnt do me any good so I decided to go all out. My daily eating would be something like this....

7am-Huge bowl Shredded Wheat (w/ sugar) 2-3 cups milk
9am-2 pb+j sandwhiches on whole grain bread, yogurt, banana
11am-2 turkey sandwhiches on whole grain bread, yogurt
1pm-turkey in 2 cups of brown rice w/ apple juice
330 pm (post workout)- Shake with 46g protein and 120g carbs
430 pm-Peanut Butter mixed into 2 packets of cinnamon oatmeal
730 pm-steak or chicken with ALOT of Pasta ( or any variation of clean carbs...baked potatoes, yams, whole grain bread, brown rice)
B4 Bed- 2 tbsp on PB

I eat really clean and have been for the past 2 years so it is no trouble for me. I do cheat mayb 3 or 4x a year but my stomach isnt used to junk food so it usually makes me sick. I just do it to keep me sane. I have since added another meal to the above and it is a fat meal (beef or steak..whatever i can get my hands on) Im at 202.5 right now and just broke a plateau. My training is 5 days a week. Mon-Fri

Monday-Chest, Abs
Flat BB Bench (Just recently started) 5x7-10
