I was wondering what the deal with Mayo was. For me to bulk, I used to make mayo-egg sandwhichs (Boil 4 eggs, 1-2 cans of tuna, 4 slices of bread, with servings of mayo, and then mash it all up and put the created product between the bread) and I bulked well with it. I havn't done it in a while and was curious how bad Mayo actually was. If it's not that bad I think I will start it up again.

I think it's a source of good fat, so go for it! It's very calories dense, so not a good idea on a cut. On a bulk, however, condiments are your friend!

Is there a certain kind of Mayo people suggest I buy. I usually end up with Miracle Whip, and my intuitive sense is telling me it's probably not the healthiest kind (it comes in a squeeze bottle now).

I don't think Miracle Whip is actually mayo...Kraft sells Mayo and Miracle Whip, leading me to believe that they aren't the same thing. I'm not sure about what the difference is though.
