b12 dosage

I was thinking of getting some injectable b 12, any idea on dosage? I was thinking of taking 1 injection every 3 days @ 1000mcg, sound good?

I did, Bill.. the only good thing I saw was somthing written by built, I pmed her about dosage and she said she didn't know. So, I thought since most people in here are familar with injections they'd know about this sort of thing.
And I suppose you can move the thread if you're so inclined.

Prodigy - I apologize - I thought you wanted to know how much YOU should take if you're taking it frequently.

I had to go read the bottle to see what the actual dose is that I take - I stick myself with a 1-cc slin pin full every 2-3 weeks. I really don't know how much you should take every 3 days.
