Im trying to gain some weight and still be cut in the process.. I been lifting for 10 weeks(longest i lifted without stopping)
I was 139 when i started im 156 now im 6'1 even

Just 10 weeks? Looking good, in all honestly it looks a lil farfetch'ed, but if it is true then you are doing something right! :)

Great start, almost zero fat and good size.

I don't mean to sound racist but you're already ahead of the game since most black guys have damn good muscle genetics.

Carbs, protein, and moderate amount of fat and you'll bulk without almost any fat gain.

Well, he did say that it's the longest he's gone without stopping, so he's done some lifting in the past, too...

Looking good, ced. Arms look like they are lacking mass, though. What are your goals?

1.my goals are to reach 180 pounds and still be cut.

2. My training split during the semster was mon.=lower tues.=upper wed.=rest thur=lower fri=upper i rest 2mins on my upper and lower and i rest 1min on my mid-section

3. Well my diet is no candy or cakes and maybe a soda 2 days out of a week. I have a high protein diet.

4. I will post pictures of my wheels shortly i just got to use a longer mirror since im the one taking the pictures.

Looks lean.... nice!!! I would love to be that lean... I am 5'10" and 185 though so I would have to do a serious cut to be that lean! HAHA

This wins the award of the dumbest first post ever.

You look great for 156lbs. If you add some mass, especially to your back, you'll be looking much bigger than most people do at 180lbs.

Hey how you guys feel about drinking raw eggs? I never tried it.. I read about it but i would like to hear from people that do it....

Raw eggs, you can, slight chance of salmonella (sp) once will be enough to not do it again though LOL
Good protein source of course, but its probably cheaper and better powder proteins on the market.

I wouldn't say massive.. b/c he is 6 ft...
But dang, he would make some MH front covers.. if he kept the same leanness..
most of those guys are between 6 - 6"4... 170-190 lbs... according to most of their stats..

raw eggs aren't bad from the stand point of salmonella, since its something like 1 egg out of 20,000 or more is infected and only can do real damage if you don't store them properly etc., but cooking the eggs actually makes the protein in the eggs more bioavailable for use in the body. raw eggs doesn't denature the proteins so the protein/amino acids aren't as useful to the body as when the eggs are cooked and the protein is denatured.

hahaha, jake is right. 6'0", 180lbs fairly small, imo. ced, you're a naturally lean guy with plenty of room to bulk. start shoveling in the cals and lifting heavy. you should have no problem packing on quality mass.

My bad I read the stats wrong I thought those pics were from when he was 139, but now I realize its from 150's :rolleyes:
