View Full Version : taking natural greens, b-6 and magnesium..anything else i need?

I have canned all the multi-vitamins and turned to liquid natural greens.
I have also slightly decreased my calcium intake and started taking magnesium.
At night i take Vitamin B-6.

first thing in the morning i take whey protein.

I'm just curious if there are any other things i can be consuming to help build muscle? in terms of food or herbal supplements.

I'm looking for optimal health.
