Looking good thus far man!
Your shoulders could use some more width, and get those traps up. Start to hit those harder.
Yea you have 2 answer some of the questions from this thread. Curious

Theres really not much to critique on. When you get some more pics up, you might get more responses. From what I can tell, you have a pretty good build going on for your height/weight.

overall nice work. Bi's and Tri's are huge. If you can add some mass to your chest and shoulders with the same BF you'll be a beast.

Thanks brother,
Did chest today, I think maybe I don't concentrate enough on my chest when workingout.
Incline bench 4 set 8-10
Flat Bench 4 sets 8-10
Incline Dumbell 4 sets 8-12
Flat Dumbell 4 sets 8-12
Sometimes I do flyes (machine), and pullovers (dumbell on bench), and decline bench.

I agree bis and tris are a joke, they dwarf everything, I think your upperlegs, back and chest could all use some attention, traps look fine to me tho.

I have been trying widen out my back and thicken up chest. I have recently really uped my food intake. I need to really monitor my lifts (weights, reps, etc.) and the amount of protein I take in. Sounds like a start of a journal.

To be honest it just looks like your training lacks a focus on compound movements, How often do you do bench/deads/squats
JarHead 1775
06-22-2006, 07:17 PM
good eyes...I bench. I don't do deadlifts, which from everything read on this board is my first wrong move. I do squats but, I don't really take it serious enough.

Barbell and Dumbell flat 4 sets each 8-10 reps 185-195pnds

Barbell and Dumbell incline 4 sets each 8-10 reps 185-195pnds

You're overtraining you only need 2-3 sets on each excercise and two to three is fine
i would suggest flat bar, incline dumbell and dips, I have had success with 10 for a warm up then 8,6,4 or 8,6

Thanks. I will be doing this the upcoming week, wish me luck.
2-3 sets
flat 8, 6, 4 reps
incline dumbell 8, 6, 4 reps

If you can add weight on your dips do it, most gyms have weight belts to strap plates on, otherwise you can put a dumbell between your legs. Try 2-3 sets of 8.

Keep up the good work. That food is taken on a daily basis and split up between 5-6 meals a day correct?
JarHead 1775
06-23-2006, 03:25 PM
Yep. actually it's sorta went to 3-4....I know...lack of heart. I am reapplying myself 5-6 meals/high cal-protein snacks a day. My eating is my biggest problem.

Number wise, what do you bench, squat, and deadlift? I read that you don't deadlift, has that changed?
How long have you been lifting?
JarHead 1775
06-23-2006, 04:21 PM
I have been lifting for 5years off and on. 2.5 years solid (the last 2.5)
Still haven't deadlifted. Will start though.
Bench 195 reps 8-10
Squat 215 reps 10-12

I think you look great as well!
Another 20lbs and you'll look huge. Might take a while to bulk that high and maintain bodyfat though.
I'd say your quads could use a bit, I'd recommend some narrow stance ATF squats. Overall your leg look like they have good size though. Oh, and get deadlifts into your routine.

What are ATF squats.?
Ass-to-floor squats. Basically, going all the way down.
