Has anyone tried these two...its made by Fizogen. I saw it on the new muscle & fitness magazine. It says that GNC is now carrying these extreme anabolic agent. i was wondering if anyone has taken this? If so, what were the results? is it safe to take? bottom line - is it worth taking considering it costs a lot. I was considering to buy it, but I wanted to make sure it's actually worth my dollars.

It is a waste of money. Don't believe all the garbage that those magazines spew out. You can buy those ingredients separately for less. And you wouldn't need to buy arginine separately, as you can get it from meat. Creatine monohydrate is very cheap and you can get an almost year's supply for 30 bucks or less. Don't buy into the hype. What's your diet look like?

Couldn't have said it better myself. And yeah what does your diet look like?

Thanks for the responses...My diet is good. I eat 6 meals a day with about 2800 to 3200 calories a day. I have been working out for 10 years. I started o ut at 110 and now I am 160. However, in the past 2 years, I have reached a plateau. I am currently taking whey protein, creatine, arginine, BCAA and acetyl-carnitine. I wanted to see if I should try anything else. Yes I can eat more, increase my calories. Just curious as to what this particular product could do or anything that may be better. I appreciate any advice or suggestions from folks that have made transformations from being skinny to being massive.

Thanks.

Yes I can eat more, increase my calories.

Then why don't you do this? I'm just curious because you said you've reached a plateau in the past two years.

I say that because there is just so much someone can eat. I don't know about the others here, sometimes i feel like I am eating way too much...yet how much can I eat before I actually throw up - and believe me, it sometimes has felt that way a lot of times. Therefore, I just want to see about adding a supplement that may jumpstart me again and kick me out of this plateau.

What are your goals? If you've hit a plateau size wise, then the only thing that is going to get you bigger is more food.

I hear ya though. Eating enough can suck. You can do it if you really want to though.

Thank you for your response. Well my goal like a lot of guys on here is to look like those muscle and fitness cover models. That may sound funny, but its true. I see those guys and I get inspired. I want to be one of those guys on there that not only are big in size but cut as well. I just seem to have this thin layer of fat that never seems to go away. I do cardio, but I can't seem to get that pumped up, vascular look. I have this soft look, but at the same time, I am not where near the goal of mass size.

Well, you know that you need to lose that thin layer of fat if you want to look really ripped. And that comes with diet.

From what it sounds like to me, you're in a position where you don't have that much fat, so you can afford to go through with a good bulk. You said yourself that you're not near your goal mass. Gain some quality mass and then cut down later. That's what i would do. That's my .02.

Edit: Haha, i just kind of realized you're not even really asking me questions. I'm kind of just giving my input anyways. I'm bored out of my mind tonight. :D

No, thank you very much for your input. Sometimes I don't have the exact question; therefore any input on this product or even better ones is appreciated. Thank you.:strong:
