Im about 5'11", weigh 150, and am just starting to work out. Obviously im in a bulking stage and I want to create a meal plan for myself so i can see maximum results. Im juts wondering what my macros should be for a bulk? Ive heard 1.5xprotein, so 225 grams of protein. But beyond that I have no idea. I hear your supposed to eat 500 cals above your maintainence when on bulk, but I have no idea what my maintanince is and I really dont want to halt my progress by trying to figure that out. So any general numbers would help. Thanks in advance. Im doing wbb1 if that matters.
