He only started using it about 3 weeks ago, and said his recovery time/soreness has gone away dramatically! And he has a boost of energy everytime he lifts.

I guess it helps him lift alot more weight? Making him....stronger I guess?

He's a pretty damn big fella I must admit. 194lbs, bench is 290lbs. Deadlift is like close to 500 maybe? Squat, over 400.

I notice plenty of people report an increase of recovery time with NO2 type products, its simply the placebo effect or the creatine in this product which is much cheaper purchased seperately. As far as energy i dont believe this has caffeine in it so it probably can only be attributed to the sugar.

Products like these won;t hurt you but generally you should invest in the basics or the ingredients you may liek such as caffeine/creatine/ and save yourself the money.
