If you are still ordering from that company, just get the ON and you will be fine.

Assuming you are talking about NO-Xplode...it's an expensive source for creatine and there are cheaper options. There are obvious other pyschological benefits from using this if that is what you are into as well.

well it got NO product of the year, as well as Muscle builder of the year, so i figured id give it a try, not just for the creatine, obviously, im not that ridiculous

i was going to go with the ON blend, but I figure a scoop of whey, oats and milk is good enough for my MRP ATM
