View Full Version : getting back on track

New here. Well after being off track for half a year due to a sickness, and arrival of a new child, I've gotten my **** together again and am back in the swing of things. Here's where I started, and where I am now. My midsection is still garbage, and I am working on that yet. The first picture is from 2 years ago when I started lifting. Any comments, criticisms? Be honest :)

Nice progress dude...
and welcome to WBB...

Upper body looks good.. good balance.. perhaps a little more thickness in the back...

Also.. where are the wheels??

what is your current training routine
what's your max bench (just curious)

chest looks great, as do your arms...any leg shots?

chest and arms look great, along with your traps, but the back needs a bit more thick/width and you have one hell of a physique, great job!

thanks.. I'll get some leg shots in next time I take picts. I agree about the back comments. I have been neglecting my back and legs, as my workout time is so limited due to family life. I'm rethinking my workout plan and insuring I get those days in first.

I'm 6'2 and 220 lbs.

6'2 220 is very respectable! what are the lifts like?

I was up to 235 prior to xmas while i was bulking, but am down to my mid range weight. I dont think I'm terribly strong... yet! The most I have flat benched is 275. I usually use dumbells for the majority of my excercises. I just moved up from the 55lb dumbells to the 60lb dumbells for my bicep exercises. Happy about that!

Some real good progress. I'm with what most people said back needs work. And Probably the legs too. But the chest is looking great. Keep it up man.

Big step up between the before and after pics is the chest, good work..
