I am more concerned with Free Form L-Glutamine. I am reading everywhere that it is a great suppliment. I would like to here your opinions on it, and if you have tried it, or know much about it, which brand should I choose...there are so many!

This one has been discussed many times. To save you from the flames of WBB, search it out and ask specific questions if you don't find what you need.
Everyone else one here who has half a clue will tell you that you don't need it and the money can be spent on better things.
I would agree with them.

First ask yourself if you are a burn trauma victim. If the answer is yes then supplementing with glutamine may hold some benefits[1]. If the answer is no then it would be best to save your money. Assuming you are already supplementing with whey protein, I suggest you examine the ingredients list and discover that it is already providing you with ample glutamine.

How about meat, beans or green leafy vegetables? Can you eat those?
