Honestly, it doesn't really matter. Take it once every morning and take it conistently.

Try it about 30-45 mins before your workout

Humm...just from a logical perspective (not saying its right) wouldnt it make sense to take it Xminutes before you lift? Then on off days to take it whenever?

Ok sorry to piggyback this thread but I'm searching and not finding exactly what I wanted answered.
I was talking to a personal trainer at the gym I just joined about creatine. He mentioned taking it with glutamine and with acids (i.e. orange juice) I know that creatine requires sugars as a transport but is there a difference between adding creatine to my PWO shake or should I just get some Gatorade/other juice to put it in?
I'm using the Nitrean and that contains 0 g of glutamine in it (at least that I can tell since I don't know all the names)

you'll find arguments for both sides and some that live and die by taking it either before or after. basically its personally preference because there is evidence for both sides. i take my 5g in my post-WO protein "cocktail" immediately after my workout with protein, dex, and creatine, and it has been working for me very well.

Definitely. That sounds like wayyy too much. With creatine, you can take a double dose for a few days just to get the concentration up in your body, but you don't even need to. If you don't load you'll still hit the same level, it just might take a couple more days.

It's the loading phase setup. Most people think the loading phase it not necessary

Can anyone answer the question I posed in here? If it did, please point it out because I am a newbie when it comes to supplements.

Huh, thats funny mine says Glutamine peptides. I tried the gatorade/CM combo last weekend, drank it throughout the wo. Didn't really notice much of a difference from my nitrean/creatine pre-wo meal. I would say try it out pre/post/during with different liquids and find what works best for you.

The Ntirean says it or the Creatine? I'm only going off the label on the Internet as I have yet to receive the stuff.
As to trial and error, gonna take a while seeing as I've never used creatine in my life before :p

The trainer is talking out of his ass.
It doesn't need sugars (they might help, but are not a requirement), acid has nothing to do with it, nor does glutamine.
There preobably isn't any difference, but if you want, take it with a sports drink or dextrose.
