As a nice treat, try throwing, a hole banana, a handful of rolled oats, 2 cups of lemonade, 1 cup strawberry or vanilla yogurt, about 6 -7 frozen strawberries, and then a scoop of Vanilla Nitrean, or other vanilla / strawberry protien powder. Makes for one kick ass smoothie.

If your concerned about the lemonade being too full of sugar / too acidic, just water it down or use water instead.

that sounds pretty good, i like the idea of lemonade in the mix.

I'd substitute toasted wheat germ for the rolled oats, but it sounds pretty good!
