I wouldn't buy that for a few reasons. I'm not toally against weight gainers, but they can be pretty deceiving. Yes it is 2500 cals/serving, but a serving is likely 4 scoops in milk. So now you're looking at 4 carb filled shakes. I would rather buy some other protein supplement and mix it with a cup of milk, an instant breakfast shake, powdered milk and olive oil. Toss in a banana or 2 and you're looking at close to 1000 cals. Drink twice a day and bam, you have a weight gainer. Oh and add an egg or two to the shakes as well.

100 grams of protein and close to 500g carb in one shake seems a bit overkill IMHO.

One whole egg, six eggwhites, four scoops choc whey, three large scoops choc ice cream, one or two cups powdered non fat milk, two packs of choc instant breakfast. Put all this in blender and fill close to top with whole milk.
If yuou want casein throw in some cottage cheese (you won't taste it)
I prefer two scoops soy protein. If you have room add a tbls of malted milk powder. YUM YUM

If you said you find it hard to eat, then a protein shake is going to be a much better option than protein bars. 2500 cals for one shake seems excessive. The best thing I've found with weight gainers is to drink one in the morning and one right before bed. In between just eat as much food as you can.
Now if you want a cheap weight gainer, just buy a quality protein powder, mix it with milk, grinded up oats and a bit of olive oil. Every weight gainer you buy is just a protein powder mixed with some kind of carbs (refined sugar, maltodextrin, dextrose, etc). Oats can easily replace this and you'll benefit more from them. The only bad thing is they don't mix as perfectly as a nice refined powder.
