Anybody do it?(Obviously! :D)

Let's hear how many a day you take in. Currently, since I'm trying to gain weight(Atleast 180lbs by September 11th/06 - Currently 164lbs)

So far, since 3:25 p.m., I have consumed 2130 calories! I don't know if that's too much, or too less to gain that much weight by the date I hope.

I've had 1,238 cals now. I'll be at 1,610 when I workout and then I'll finish at around 2,600.

Maintenance including workouts is around 4,000

Currently cutting at 3,500

Everything gets counted as I treat my body as one big science experiment.

Today will be 2300cals total, tomorrow will be 4000+.

I am currently cutting on 3300. I might have to reduce to 3200-3250, but I don't anticipate going much lower. I bulk on about 4300 or so. I track everything on fitday. When you only eat a handful of different foods, it only takes a couple of minutes.

I'm with slim - this whole thing is like a science experiment to me. Being an engineer, I like to quantify and measure things as much as possible. I hate not having control over everything.

Regardless of size, I believe Slim has a freak metabolism. ;)

Sometimes I don't know. This cut is going slower than expected. I am giving UD2 a whirl starting Monday so we will see what kind of effect that has.

My carbs have been at "moderate" the past few days (roughly 300grams) and you wouldn't believe how much the slight drop in glycogen pisses me off. I can't stand feeling somewhat empty and depleted.

Since this has little to do with the thread topic, I will go now.

Which sounds like SO much less than everyone else.

I think he's either on UD2 or PSMF. Correct me if I'm wrong. Those are cutting diets so they'd have cals that low on rest days.

^Yeah Zek and I are doing UD2.0, Day1-3 is half of your maintenance cals.


Keith - Thursday PM starts the carb load so the cals are a closer to maintenace, then the carb load, hence the 4000+cals.

I know very little about cutting diets. All I'm doing is following Built's recommendation on carb cycling and reduced cals. I'm sure other people can advise you properly if you decide to do any of these. I do, however, know they have worked for some people, not necessarily all. What are your goals?

used to do it... am now following the Zone and it's not much of a hassle
