I have added more pictures since the first thread/post. Just give me your honest opinion. It sucks taking your own pictures. My camera is actually a really good one too.

I'm going to have to agree with Getfit, I see all these people put in hours and hours of dedication to build a monument of a body then ask for feedback on half assed pictures, show some pride! Arms/abs look awesome, definite strong point. Chest/lats/legs look good but could use some focus in order to remain overall balanced. For how lean you are those three weak points should be standing out a lot more, so keep that in mind. Overall great progress, you look badass, keep up the good work.

Thanks I know my legs aren't really that lean. Every try to gain in your upper body and lose (rip up) in your legs, sorta hard. I have really been trying to concentrate on chest/back when I lift/pull. I felt really good ate alot and drank alot of water for the past three days...trying to keep it up.

Your chest seems to be lagging behind all other body parts. What do you do for chest and what kind of weight?

Otherwise great size. What bf% are you(guesstimate if anything)?

I'd say mabye drop it to once a week. And drop the amount of sets. 16 for chest is overkill. At least for me. I do 10-12 sets for chest. If you do your set heavy enough 12 is all your gonna need. 8 presses 4 flies. In my opinion.

Small but potent. :) You are lean and have good genetics, find a way to make those weak areas grow and you'll look terrific.

you're arms are really big, they dont look in proportion to your chest. your chest is lagging or something.. Non the less your freakin huge n lean brah

Chest needs some, but not a ton it looks decent, but your lats look like they need alot of work.

Thanks brother that's what I will be doing this upcoming month. I will be going heavy!! Thanks again. I had a feeling I was overtraining, also the fact I haven't been taking in enough calories hasn't helped.

I know my lats have always be a lagging part for me. I have just started doing wide grip pull ups. palm forward.
